SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with TLP Publishing through our website at TLP Publishing, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Support Information: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected] or call +1 662 596-6242 during business hours.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications.
General Terms
This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by TLP Publishing ("COMPANY," "we" or "us"). 2. Promotional Period Eligibility (TLP School Requirements)
Periodically TLP Publishing offers promotional use on a case-by-case merit based educational agreement.
To maintain eligibility for "Free Months" (e.g., your 6-month promotional period), customers must participate in the TLP School curriculum/educational requirements:
Course Requirements: Customers must complete the digital courses assigned to their specific plan.
Monthly Milestone: Eligibility is reviewed monthly. For example, Starter Plan members must complete a minimum of three (3) assigned courses within the first month to maintain their free status and qualify for plan advancement.
Forfeiture of Promotion: Failure to meet the course completion milestones will result in the immediate expiration of the promotional period. In such cases, the account will transition to the standard monthly billing rate on the next billing cycle.
3. Communication Tools: Unrestricted Growth, Zero Waste
Our communication tools are designed to let you scale your outreach without limits.
Usage-Based Model: Unlike other platforms that charge per contact, our communication tool operates on a simple usage-based model.
Budget Control: This gives you total control over your budget with industry-low rates, ensuring you only pay for what you use—eliminating waste while allowing for unrestricted growth.
4. Advanced Call Tracking & Lead Management
Stop guessing where your leads come from. Our system allows you to unlock advanced Call Tracking to maximize your ROI.
Number Integration: You can simply connect your existing business number or claim a brand-new local line through our system.
Analytics & Recording: Once connected, you unlock instant analytics and call recording to monitor lead quality.
Automation: Enable the ability to text back missed calls automatically, ensuring no lead is left behind. This service also operates on our transparent usage-based model.
5. Billing, Failed Payments, and Grace Period the "10-Day Rule"
Billing Date: Subscription fees are billed according to the date of your initial subscription each month via the payment method on file (Stripe).
Automatic Renewal: After the free trial, to ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions are set to auto-renew. By subscribing, you authorize TLP Publishing to charge your card on file once a month.
Grace Period: If a payment fails, you have 10 days to fulfill the payment, you may also update your card on file.
What happens during the grace period::
Notification: If an automatic payment fails, you will be notified immediately.
Resolution: You have until the 10th day to make a payment or update your payment information.
Suspension: If the account remains unpaid by the 11th day, TLP Publishing reserves the right to shut down and suspend your website and access to the platform immediately.
6. Intellectual Property, Data Ownership, Website Turnover & Buyout Pricing
TLP Publishing Ownership and Data Ownership: TLP Publishing retains 100% ownership of all digital assets, including but not limited to website designs, custom code, back-end configurations and all data generated within the TLP ecosystem.
All websites feature a "Powered by TLP Publishing" in the footer. And copyright is under TLP Publishing.
Right to Terminate: Because TLP Publishing owns the infrastructure and data, we reserve the right to revoke access and take down any website for non-payment or breach of terms.
Should a customer wish to acquire full ownership of their website and data or move to another provider, a Turnover Fee will apply. This pricing is negotiated on a case-by-case basis and must be settled before any data transfer.
Request for Transfer: The customer must submit a formal request for "Website Turnover."
Turnover Pricing: Ownership transfer is not included in the monthly subscription fee. Turnover pricing is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Finality: All assets remain the exclusive property of TLP Publishing until a Turnover Agreement is signed and fees are paid in full.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
Notice Requirement: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 2 business days before the next billing date.
Effective Date: Access will be revoked on the last day of the current billing cycle.
No Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-billing cycle cancellations.
8. Policy Revisions
Terms of Service and Pricing Subject to Change or Revision as noted here and the last revision date 1/1/2026, as revised.
